I was inspired to create this blog by my sister, Sonia. I live next to her farm on a little piece of beautiful countryside. We both take care of our fathers farm and love the animals. Our properties are all beside each other. We have taken in every soul who is hungry, abandoned, abused and do the best we can to find homes or let them stay and rest and call "our" farm home. I love being the mother to my children and am so incredibly proud of each of them!
The are ALL so cute but the one with Abagail and her little angel is just so precious. The way it's cuddled up next to her is so sweet. Can't wait to see them this weekend! I will take some pictures too!
ReplyDeleteAny time you say, I'd love to come back! I'm soooo suffering from Angel withdrawl! Like Sonia, I'm just a sucker for sweet shots of mommy and babes!
ReplyDeleteLisa,
ReplyDeleteWhen is a good time for you for your next visit? Hannah has a play thurs. fri. and sat. night and sunday day coming up this weekend. But Saturday during the day would be good or the following week.....let us know. We would love for you to see how the Angels have grown and have become very adventurous. I just so happened across a sidewalk sale at a pet store and purchased a cat "house/crate" that has several levels for when they become more active but when they can't be running around the room. Of course, they will have the whole room when they are little older but this will be a temporary thing with more space because they are no longer satisfied in their little box in the corner. Although I get the impression momma Abigail would rather them be confined to that space a while longer, the kittens have other ideas. A little update on the growth...I believe that our little "runt" is still lagging behind as far as weight is concerned and is still the noisy one but seems to be doing just fine. We have noticed that our little "runt" and the biggest kitten who we lovingly have been calling "big girl" till she gets a name are almost constant companions when they are not trying to nurse. They snuggle together and search each other out. We are still interested in doing a final(?) check on the girl/boy thing but think it is safe to say we are still thinking 4 girls 1 boy and 1 possible boy..You would think we would know but they hate being turned over and checked and we don't like to hear them cry so we have done only a few "quick" checks. We will have to let you do the checking again. LOL...
